My Mac mini is not booting, the power light turns on and the fan spinng for 5 to 10 seconds. But there is no Apple logo and no time to enter in Safe Mode, Recovery Mode or even Target disk Mode. I also can't reset SMC, PRAM/NVPAM, so crazy, give some help, please?

Feel so sorry about your experience. Because there is no Safe Mode, Recovery Mode, or even cannot resetting SMC, PRAM/NVRAM, your Mac may mostly be in serious disk damage, hope my advice can help.

  1. If you can get into Recovery Mode again, try booting the Mac from USB: Prepare an external USB drive that contains an operating system compatible. Then in Recovery Mode, choose Utilities > Startup Security Utility. Next, click Enter macOS Password and choose your administrator account then enter the password. Finally, select Allow booting from external media.
  2. If you fail to get into Recovery Mode, try Internet Recovery Mode. Press the power button and immediately press down Command, Option and R. Then hold the keys until you see "Starting Internet Recovery. This may take a while." Next, enter the Wi-Fi password and wait for the process to complete.

If these methods fail, maybe you should send your Mac to the local repair center. If you reboot it but find some data loss, you can recover it using iBoysoft Mac Recovery Mode, an effective and convenient tool to get back all your data.
